As customers use the app, Ping tracks various performance indicators (GDPR compliant) such as page views, follows, QR scans, reviews and much more. From the Ping dashboard you’ll be able to see this data numerically and graphically with the option to look back and compare dates, to ensure you can optimise your Ping presence.
We have even added push notification tracking so you can see how many people opened your push notifications, against how many were sent out.
